Failure to provide accurate information may affect service quality.

3. Payments and Fees

• Fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement

• Payments must be made according to the agreed billing schedule

• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the affected service period.
